All my Thai cooking classes include only authentic Thai ingredients, but with my down-to-earth teaching style and many cooking tips, I help demystify even the most complex recipes and unusual ingredients. You’ll leave my classes armed with confidence and excitement!
In this condensed version of my Truly Thai at Home cooking class, students will work in pairs to make an entire 3 course menu, including Thai street food lettuce wraps, Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup, Red Coconut Chicken Curry, and Mango-Coconut Sticky Rice. Learn how to get the most out of basic Thai ingredients and techniques. Sparkling with vibrant flavours, these recipes are easily made at home.
