A longtime fan of Thai food, I use my well-honed cooking skills and flair for teaching to bring authentic Thai food to your kitchen. All my Thai cooking classes include only authentic Thai ingredients, but with my down-to-earth teaching style and many cooking tips, I help demystify even the most complex recipes and unusual ingredients. You’ll leave my classes armed with confidence and excitement!

Delicious Pad Thai: Online

With an online platform, learn how to get the most out of Thai ingredients and techniques from the comfort of your own kitchen. Through this 90 minute virtual class, we will make a delicious classic Pad Thai together with step-by-step instructions. Learn professional cooking tips, how to buy, store and use Thai aromatics, and eat a delicious meal! This live online class comes with a recipe handout, shopping list, equipment list, and recording of the class to review.

Truly Thai At Home – Basic

Thai food seems complex, intimidating and impossible to re-create at home. But many authentic Thai dishes are simple, accessible and quick to make. Join this cooking class and learn how to get the most out of basic Thai ingredients and techniques. During the class, we will make and eat foods such as Thai Hot and Sour Soup, Red Coconut Chicken Curry, Spicy Tofu Noodles, lip-smacking vegetables, Mango Rice Pudding, and much more. Sparkling with vibrant flavours, these recipes are easily made at home.

Vegetarian Pad Thai: Online

This class is hosted by the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada as part of the Savour Culinary Festival. Every ticket purchased and dollar spent helps fund MS research and support programs that change Canadian lives.
In this virtual class, streaming across Canada, we will make a delicious and authentic *vegetarian* Pad Thai. Learn how to make a vegan fish sauce substitute, how to properly use rice noodles, how to work with tamarind, and how to replicate traditoinal ingredients without sacrificing flavour. If you have always wanted to make an amazing plant-based Pad Thai, this class is your opportunity. Do good in your community while tasting good food :)
*NOTE* I will be also showing the ingredients for "regular" pad thai if vegetarian is not your thing.
